Mr. Lynam is the Chief Financial Officer of Granville Capital, Inc. and leads the accounting, financial reporting and analysis, treasury, and taxation functions of the business, including overseeing related technology and internal controls. Mr. Lynam also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Granville Capital, Mr. Lynam spent twelve years at PwC, primarily focused on providing assurance services to a wide array of clients, including U.S. subsidiaries of internationally listed companies, large privately held businesses, and private equity portfolio companies in various industries. Mr. Lynam graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Business Administration in 2008 and a Master of Science in Accounting in 2009. In addition, Mr. Lynam holds a CPA license in the State of North Carolina.
